Information about how to enter and the nature of the prize forms part of these Terms and Conditions
- Entry is open to New Zealand residents only.
- All winners must be over 18 years of age or LDA (legal drinking age) at the time of entering the promotion.
- To enter the draw simply enter details and agree to conditions of CC database "Join our Club"
- There are five prizes to be won.
- Each prize is a General Admission double pass to Highlife NYE Experience 2011 in Matakana, New Zealand.
- Entries close at midnight on Wednesday 21st December 2011.
- The prize draw for all winners will take place on Thursday 22nd of December 2011.
- Prize winners will be contacted by Facebook and/or email and/or phone to arrange their prize.No response from messages within 5 working days on the winners system will invalidate the prize and a further draw will then be made for the prize.
- All prizes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- The promoter is Beam Global NZ (LTD). Level 5, 25 Teed Street, Newmarket, 1023.
- Employees of Beam are ineligible to enter. Promoters, agencies and customers of Beam (and their staff) are ineligible to enter as are any members of immediate families of Beam employees.
- Judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- Beam shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered by any participant (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with the prize.
Your Privacy. All information recorded about you remains confidential to Beam and it's agencies and will be retained for future use unless yo indicate otherwise. You have the right to see and correct any of the information held about you by Beam at any time.
